The Principle Of Solar Charge Controller

Solar panels belong to photovoltaic devices (mainly semiconductor materials), which produce current by photoelectric effect after irradiated by light. Because of the properties and limitations of materials and light, the current generated by them is also a fluctuating curve. If the generated current is directly charged into the battery or directly supplied to the load, it is easy to cause damage to the battery and the load, seriously reducing their life. Therefore, we must first feed the current into the solar charge controller, use a series of dedicated chip circuits to digitally adjust it, and add multi-stage charging and discharging protection, while using our company's unique control technology, "self-adaptive three-stage charging mode (Fig. 1)", to ensure the operation of the battery and load safety and service life. When power is supplied to the load, the current of the battery is also allowed to flow into the  solar charge controller,first, after its adjustment, and then the current is sent to the load. The purpose of this method is to stabilize the discharge current, to ensure that the battery is not overdischarged, and to monitor and protect the load and battery.


If we want to use AC power equipment, we need to invert the inverter into AC before loading.
